Junior Project Manager (Modular Construction)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for compliance of drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice in line with BCAR
• Attending design team meetings/site meetings and liaising with the Design Team members
• Supervision of site based operations
• Quality Control inspections of materials arriving to site
• Engaging with inhouse technical teams to request and provide information to subcontractors, supervisors, clients and consultants
• Management of the project drawings register
• Ensure that regulation compliance issues are being effectively managed by Design and Site Ops Team
• Progress reports to Contacts Managers and Head of Construction
• Ensuring adherence to the adopted health and safety requirements on site
• Keeping projects on time in a fast-paced environment including the coordination of logistics , material take off and onsite coordination of sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Construction / Engineering, or Building Surveying
• 2+ years post-graduate experience in Construction Mgmt. or site inspection/compliance experience
• Good working knowledge of Irish building regulations and relevant Irish & British Standards
• A high level of communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
