About the Role:

Our client, an industry leading manufacturing construction company based in Meath, are on the look for a Graduate Production Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Ireland’s leading firms in their respective sector. The successful candidate will have excellent growth opportunities as this ambitious, fast-growing firm, continues to grow out their Manufacturing team.


  • Support the Factory Manager to ensure manufacturing lead times are met
  • Carry out daily check sheets and manage the client and third-party QA visits during projects
  • Maintain efficient record keeping for Production, Environmental, Health and Safety and Quality Control
  • Effectively communicating with clients, colleagues and build effective working relationships while taking ownership and responsibility for designated projects
  • Work to strict deadlines, with excellent problem-solving skills, if issues or difficulties occur within design and/or construction process
  • Relaying relative information and production drawings to the relative people
  • Coordinate with stores manager to arrange the procurement of different materials for different project
  • Liaise with Factory manager for a detailed weekly production programme
  • Attend and present at daily pit meeting
  • Ensure finished product gets on site on time by working in conjunction with yard supervisor
  • Hands-on participation in department activities, best practices, quality, and continuous improvement of responsible areas
  • Build and work towards acceptable production KPI’s


  • 3rd Level Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills
  • Excellent organisation/time management skills
