Our client, a top tier main contractor, are seeking to add a Graduate QS to their team in Dublin. The company itself specialises in residential and commercial builds and have a growing book of business for 2021. This role is ideal for any candidate who is looking to develop their career in quantity surveying, as professional development is encouraged and training is provided. This is a full-time permanent position.
Role:
- Estimating & measuring
- Cost monitoring
- Preparation of interim applications for payments
- Any other duties as assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 1 years post grad experience is preferable
- Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
- Be commercially aware with good client facing skills
