Finishing Foreman – Cork

Our client, a mid-sized contractor with operations throughout South West Ireland currently have a requirement for a Finishing Foreman to join their team in Cork City on a permanent basis with a real opportunity for progression. This project requires someone with excellent high end fit-out experience on commercial or residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and driving a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
• Daily management & organisation of project resources
• Supervision of sub contractors
• Liaising with Project Manager

Requirements:

• A degree in a Construction/Engineering related subject is desirable
• 5+ years site management experience on a variety of commercial and residential projects
• Experienced in the management of sub-contractors from inception to completion
• Computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and
  analysis tools.
