We currently have an opening for a Pre-Construction Planner to join a well established main contractor. The company in question are a leading construction company, with operations all over the country. They are looking for an ambitious individual to join their team in Dublin on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Tender / Project review
- Managing and Completing Design Reviews
- Development of Constructability Plans & Methodology
- Development of Sequence of Works
- Development of Logistics Plans
- Attendance at Mid & Post Bid Interviews
- All other duties associated with this role
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a construction related subject.
- Previous experience in a construction / engineering environment
- Previous experience in a similar role would be very advantageous
- Excellent IT & communication skills
- Excellent planning & organisation skills
