About the role:
We are currently assisting our client, a leading main contractor who are seeking to add a Foreman to their team in Dublin. The company in question are one of Ireland’s leading main contractors and are recruiting a hands on individual who has previous experience with civil projects. The Foreman will be responsible for the external work on a large development in Dublin.
Requirements:
- A strong background in civils
- Worked on large sites covering a lot of groundwork and utilities
- 5+ years working as a Civil Foreman
- Ideally experience in external work
- Experience in overseeing tradesmen on site
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing site operations and the development of the grounds
- To prioritize work to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Oversee weekly toolbox talks and promote other means of communications with workers to ensure awareness of site safety
- Ability to delegate responsibilities
- Ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
- Providing assistance to the Site Manager
