Our client, a well established main contractor with operations throughout the country currently have a requirement for a Finishing Foreman to join their team in Clonakilty, Cork. This is a full time permanent position with a real opportunity for progression. This project requires someone with excellent high end fit-out experience on commercial or residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and driving a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
- Daily management & organisation of project resources
- Supervision of sub contractors
- Liaising with Project Manager
Requirements:
- A degree in a Construction/Engineering related subject is desirable
- 5+ years site management experience on a variety of commercial and residential projects
- Experienced in the management of sub-contractors from inception to completion
- Computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and
analysis tools.
