Our client, a well known building and cost consultancy practice, is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team in Dublin. This company are at the forefront of independent Cost Management & Project Management Consultancy services in Ireland and growing to meet significant demand. The company in question have experience with significant commercial & residential projects. This is a permanent position and the company will encourage and support further training and development throughout your career.
Roles & Requirements:
- QS experience in a consulting environment
- Chartered (preferable, but not essential)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Commitment to delivering the best quality service to clients and stakeholders
- Assist with Business Development
- Ambitious and driven mindset
- Work on own initiative and as part of the team
- Proficient in BQ production
- Ability to stringently cost manage projects
- Introduce new and innovative ideas to the company to assist further growth
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
