About the role:
We are recruiting a Site Administrator / Document Controller for a well established building contractor in Galway city. The candidate will have some experience working in the construction industry in either an office or site based capacity.
Applicants must be self-motivated and have the ability to work as part of a small team.
- Document control, order processing and administration
- General management of Drawings
- Filing of site reports, orders and memos
- Daily operation of the site office
- Coordination of meetings
- Ensure all health and safety reports are maintained
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Previous Construction experience as a Site Clerk, Site Administrator, Document Controller is desirable (at least 2 years)
- Excellent level of attention to detail and organisation
- Confident in dealing with sub-contractors, engineers and site managers
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work on own initiative
