Payroll Administrator – Waterford

Salary: Negotiable (SBOE)

Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrators to join their team in Waterford. This is a permanent position and salary on offer is negotiable based on relevant experience for the role.

Responsibilities of role;

  • Payroll implementation
  • Payroll processing in busy bureau environment
  • Dealing with all aspects of payroll process. BIK. share awards, pension and other voluntary and statutory deductions
  • International payroll coordination
  • Dealing with starters and leavers registrations
  • Process monthly PAYE submissions on ROS
  • Carry out payroll reconciliations using Excel
  • Providing security payslips for all employees
  • Processing payment of net pay via EFT and internal banking
  • Liaising with clients
  • Staff training on payroll systems
