Office Administrator – South Dublin

Salary: €28,000 - €32.500

Our client, an emerging construction company, are seeking to hire an Office Administrator to join their team in South Dublin on a permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor who pride themselves on excellent quality and service. Applicants must be self-motivated and have the ability to work as part of a small team. Accounts software experience is essential in order to be successful in the role.

Responsibilities:office administrator

  • Point of contact duties – answer phone, greet visitors etc
  • General office day to day administration in a busy construction office
  • Input of data into SAGE 50 accounting software
  • Updating website with details on completed and ongoing projects
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Assist with meeting minutes and reports
  • All other general ad-hoc duties associated with office management in the construction industry


  • Working knowledge of SAGE software (or similar accounting package) is essential
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and organisation
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong teamwork and inter personal skills a necessity
